Delivery is free on all orders over R450 within Gauteng, and R600 for the rest of South Africa, if your Order value is less than R450, the delivery fee will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery of Your Order will be made 1 to 4 business days from the date that your Order confirmation is sent to you, except during Pandemics, sales and/or special events, such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday, when delivery may take up to 7 business days.
Your Order will only be delivered to a valid address in South Africa, on business days between 08h00 and 16h00 and You, or the person accepting delivery on your behalf, may be requested to produce identification, when accepting the delivery of Your Order.
Two attempts will be made to deliver Your Order and should you fail, refuse or neglect to be available and accept the Order after 2 attempts, You may be liable for additional delivery charges or We may elect to cancel Your Order, in which event We will refund You the full transaction value less delivery charges already incurred and a reasonable administration charge.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Within 24 hours of your Order having been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your shipping details, a tracking number and a link to track your Order.
When your Order is delivered, You must inspect the Products and be satisfied that the Products conform to the quality and quantity You ordered and are free from any defects. You are not able to return any Products to Us with the courier and if you wish to return the Products, You must follow the refund/exchange terms as set out
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! Your order must be returned within 21 days of receipt (we will use the delivery note as reference).
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on, be returned in original packaging, sealed.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund/exchange after inspecting the item.
If your return/exchange is approved, we will initiate a refund/exchange to you.
